We are searching for an experienced senior consultant for cybersecurity to support our clients structuring and solving cybersecurity challenges in their IT/OT environment.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Run and lead OT security maturity assessments and gap analysis
• Develop security improvement roadmaps and implementation strategies
• Understand and drive secure OT network architectures and segmentation concepts
• Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Advise on security technology selection and implementation
• Manage complex security implementation projects
• Build and maintain key client relationships
• Keep current with OT security threats and technologies
• Lead client workshops and security awareness trainings

‍

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, preferably with touch points on OT/ICS
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher
• Strong knowledge of ICS security standards (IEC 62443, NIST CSF)
• Experience in conducting security assessments and audits
• Proven track record in project management and client delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Knowledge in OT network architecture and segmentation
• Proven technical understanding in the cybersecurity solution field and experience in guiding clients on solution selection and implementation
